Ingredients:
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 strips of jarred roasted red peppers (about ⅓ cup), diced
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. smoked paprika
½ cup avocado oil mayonnaise (more or less depending on your preferred consistency)
salt and pepper to taste
